Step-by-step guide for parents to sign up their children

If you are re-registering your children, the details should all be as entered previously
Simply follow the steps and ensure that you specifically change the required fields as per step 7 below

Step 1

Navigate to the top right of the page and click on the LoginĀ button (If you have not logged in already).

If you are already logged in, click on the
Add A Child link in the menu instead and skip to Step 3.


Step 2

Fill in the login requirements and click on the Login button to be redirected to the profile page upon successful login.

Step 3

Please take note of the pop-up displayed on the profile field.

To close the pop-up, just click anywhere outside of the white pop-up box to continue.


Step 4

To add a child, or to modify your own information, click on the gear cog icon at the right side of the page.

Step 5

Once clicked, it will highlight to a red colour, and bring up a new menu.

Click on the first option Edit Profile.


Step 6

You will be presented with the profile form. Please be patient as it may take a while to load, depending on your internet connection.

Fill in the information as required.


Step 7

Ensure that the following fields are correctly entered per child:

  • Active Membership Year – (Change for re-registration)
  • Birth Date
  • ID Number
  • Age Group – (Change for re-registration)

This information will be used to ensure your children are grouped correctly and determine subscription fees

Step 8

Once you are satisfied with the information you have entered, click on the Update Profile button at the bottom of the page to be redirected to your profile, where the updated information will now be reflected.
